Charlie & Andy’s Bonfire Night wedding at Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool was everything you could wish for in a small low-key celebration.
They kept their guest list exclusive, did away with most wedding formalities. They chose to legally marry before their main day so that they could have a celebrant to add a personal touch to the proceedings (It also meant that Andy could have a pint during the ceremony….perfect!). Their guest of honor was of course the gorgeous Penny, their amazing dog who is more their child than their dog…..something I am total onboard with (Being a dog mother myself).
Their personal ceremony was crafted by the wonderful Hazel the Rainbow Celebrant to reflect these two wonderful human beings journey, personalities and life together including their adventures with Penny. It was just perfect.
The rest of the day after the ceremony was very much about relaxing and enjoying the view. Especially when it got dark and the fireworks started across the city. I don’t think their could have been a more perfect spot to watch them than from the balcony at Hope Street Hotel. What a find this hotel is……gorgeous decor, stunning views and lovely staff…..if you are looking for a venue in Liverpool definitely check it out!
Charlie & Andy really brought the Bonfire Night vibes with themed dinner, toffee apples and a hot chocolate station. What a treat for everyone!
