Festival Themed Wedding in Staffhurst Woods, Edenbridge

This Autumn festival themed wedding in Staffhurst Woods, Edenbridge has it all. DIY goodness, dogs, smoke bombs and a packed dancefloor!

Frankie and Billy got re-married at the beautiful Staffhurst Woods (fiesta fields) and it was amazing!
They originally had a very unplanned (their words not mine) secret wedding last year which they later announced at their Halloween party and decided they wanted to have a big celebration with everyone there.
 
Now MOST people who want to have a festival themed wedding in a field opt for the summer…..but not these guys! In fact I love their reasoning for choosing to have it at the end of October….if they expect rain they won’t be disappointed when it rains….exactly the same reason I had for my December wedding. The big difference is that on their day they had glorious sunshine….despite some pretty turbulent weather in the run up.
 
I knew right from the first email that I would love these guys, they were relaxed, fun and most importantly animal lovers. I even got pictures of their goodest boy Raf and the devil cat GusGus to brighten my inbox.
 
Whilst sadly GusGus couldn’t be at the wedding for fear of him plotting murderous revenge for the stress they put him through I did get the pleasure of meeting Raf and I can confirm he is indeed the goodest of all good boys! (I have had a word with my good boy Otis and told him he needs to up his game!).
 
They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony conducted by their very funny and very lovely family friend Father John who made everyone laugh….I actually think he may have even more sass than me!
 
After the ceremony they had drinks, delicious BBQ food and lots of fun. It was a really relaxed day and I think they had literally thought of everything. In the evening they had a whole host of fabulous suppliers to feed and entertain the guests (check the credits…all of them are wonderful).
