Jessy & Sam
Jessy and Sam are my kinda people. Fun, laidback and don’t take life too seriously. I first met them at The Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza, a wedding fair I run with my bestie Jo from The Couture Company. As soon as I met them I crossed everything that they would book me for their big day. You can imagine how over the moon I was when that enquiry dropped in!
What was extra special is that they also chose so many wonderful suppliers from our show that it felt like I was part of the A team!
They chose the stunning Stratton Court Barn for their celebrations, this venue is not only local to me but an absolute joy to photograph at. The team are absolute wedding superstars and make everything run so smoothly that their couples can just relax and enjoy their day. Jessy and Sam wanted an outdoor woodland wedding and they wanted the best of both worlds. A legal ceremony AND a handfasting! They were extremely fortunate to be granted their wish. First was their legal ceremony conducted by the Bicester Registrars followed on immediately by a heartfelt, personal handfasting ceremony by my lovely friend Ellie from Alternative Ceremonies UK.
It was an emotional rollercoaster and there were many tears shed!
After the ceremony it was time to eat drink and be merry. There were garden games, marshmallows round the firepit, Aelvenharp entertaining and absolutely delicious food from Lemon Zest catering.
Then came the dancing……and these guys know how to party! Party Punks were busy keeping the floor packed with everyone’s requests….thanks guys!
